Waiting for Destiny
A young girl
Spirals through the fields.
Her heart leaps
To peek over the mountains.
She floats through the valleys
To the concrete jungle.
Smiling at its promise,
She returns to her forest,
And confides in the stars
Her dreams of that promise fulfilled.
