Our Town
In this town, you will see
How life should really be;
Where neighbor will greet neighbor
And ask a friendly favor.
A gentleman tips his hat,
As an old woman feeds her cat.
A young girl will cross the street
For her mother there to meet.
And the boy will make a wish
Just to catch a fish.
Yes, in this town you’re sure to see
How life should really be.
